Welcome to a transformative 5-week journey designed to help you discover and connect with your body through conscious movement, relaxation therapy. Drawing inspiration from the ancient traditions of yoga and Chi Kung, each week we will dive deep into exploring different parts of the body. This programme invites you to embrace your body's natural flow, allowing freedom of movement and stillness to coexist.

Manage your pain symptoms, these include musculoskeletal pain, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, myofascial pain syndrome, neuropathic, and neurological pain.

Every session is carefully structured to guide you through a variety of movements that activate different muscle groups, bones, and joints in a gentle way. By investigating these areas with awareness, you will begin to unlock deeper levels of flexibility and strength, both physically and mentally. As you move through the series, you’ll also cultivate the ability to breathe more freely and deeply, creating space within your body for the breath to flow with ease.

Each 5-week course focuses on a new area of the body. This structured approach allows you to build upon the knowledge and techniques you acquire in each session, steadily increasing your body awareness and movement skills.
