5-Week Course (5 Monthly Sessions) on the Five Faces of the Goddess Gayatri, the metaphysical Goddess of the sun, focusing on the Gayatri Mantra.
There are many representations of the sun across cultures. In Christianity, Jesus Christ is often depicted with solar imagery. Liza, the West African sun goddess, is often depicted with a sun disk on her head. Eos in the Greek tradition, Xihe the Chinese goddess, and Sol the Norse sun goddess, to name but a few. In Sufism, Rumi frequently employs sun symbolism to describe the illumination of the heart and soul, as well as love and compassion. Hexagons are often used to represent the sun's energy and light. In ancient Egyptian mythology, bees were linked to the sun god Ra.
The earliest known recitation of the Gayatri Mantra dates back to Vedic times, generally between 1500 and 800 BCE. It is said that chanting the Gayatri Mantra can enhance our spiritual growth—our inner sun. A mantra is believed to hold an inherent consciousness that benefits us on all five levels of our being. The Gayatri is also known as a prayer, a means of communication with the divine both within and without, our inner and outer light.
My practice and study with the sun is with the Gayatri Mantra. It is a deep and personal practice and journey on the road to light and compassion

Step into a heart-centered journey of self-discovery and renewal through nourishing practices that support your mind, body, and soul. Designed for small groups and work-life balance-focused companies, these sessions blend hand mudras, "golden hands" techniques, gentle movements, and breath-centered visualization to bring harmony and calm. While ceremonial cacao can enhance the experience by opening the heart and deepening connection, it is not required to benefit fully.
When we experience the transcendental within us and outside this is called holistic spirituality. This can provide deep nourishment, knowledge, healing, and lend itself to a more meaningful and intergrated life. The practical application of simple heart centred practise can help us also form and embody a deep appreciation of all nature, art and creativity.
