Inner Child Healing Through Theta Healing

Our inner child holds the key to many of our emotional patterns, creative expressions, and even the subconscious blocks that may be preventing us from experiencing joy, love, and fulfillment. Through our bespoke Theta Healing workshops, we guide adults, teenagers, and children, and adults on a journey of self-discovery, emotional release, and creative empowerment.
 


 


       Duration: 5-week themed courses (each session lasts 2 hours)

  • Who Can Join?: Open to adults, teenagers (18 plus) /young adults/ (bespoke to demand)

  • What to Bring?: A journal for writing or drawing, an open heart, and a willingness to explore and express emotions and feelings through worksheets, drawings. Gentle movement, and hand mudras.

  • Additional Practices: Gentle tension-releasing exercises, relaxation therapy, and optional sharing circles for deeper connection.

Rejection- Module 1

Rejection is one of the earliest painful emotional wounds we experience, often leaving a lasting imprint on how we view ourselves and our relationships. In this course, we delve into the root causes of rejection-based fears and how they shape our self-worth. Through guided Theta Healing exercises, we work on identifying and releasing these deep-seated emotional patterns, allowing space for healing and self-compassion.

 

Participants will explore techniques for clearing limiting beliefs and shifting into a mindset of self-love and acceptance. We will examine how past experiences have influenced our ability to receive love, and how we can begin to nurture ourselves in a healthier, more fulfilling way. Through journaling and creative expression, we reconnect with the inner child that has always sought validation and guide it towards self-assurance and inner peace.

Energy clearings play a crucial role in this process, helping to dissolve old emotional wounds and create space for new possibilities. By the end of this course, participants will have gained tools to practice self-love, improve self-esteem, and cultivate a more positive relationship with themselves and others.

 

Regret- Module 2

Regret can often weigh heavily on the heart, keeping us stuck in a loop of "what ifs" and missed opportunities. In this course, we explore the nature of regret, how it shapes our decision-making, and ways to free ourselves from its grasp. Through Theta Healing, we uncover the limiting beliefs tied to past choices and create space for self-forgiveness and personal growth.

 

Participants will be guided through exercises to identify lingering regrets, allowing them to understand the lessons behind their experiences rather than viewing them as failures. Journaling and visualization techniques will help reframe past events, shifting the perspective towards healing and empowerment.

 

By integrating energy-clearing practices, participants will release emotional attachments to past disappointments, enabling them to move forward with confidence and clarity. This course provides the tools needed to transform regret into wisdom and to embrace life with renewed purpose and joy.

 

Resentment-Module 3

Resentment, whether we are aware of it or not, can act as a major roadblock to happiness. Holding onto past disappointments, betrayals, or unspoken frustrations can create a heavy emotional burden, preventing us from fully experiencing joy. This course is designed to help participants identify and release hidden resentments through deep energy work and self-exploration. Using Theta Healing techniques, we will focus on uncovering where resentment is stored in the body and mind. Participants will engage in writing exercises to process emotions and explore how holding onto anger affects their well-being. Through guided meditations and visualization practices, we will work on dissolving these emotional blocks and replacing them with acceptance, forgiveness, and inner peaceIn addition to energy clearings, gentle movement and breathwork exercises will be incorporated to support emotional release. By the end of this course, participants will have developed tools to let go of the past, embrace new opportunities, and create a more joyful, fulfilling life

Each session offers an opportunity to explore, release, and transform. Sharing is always optional, but the space is open for those who feel called to do so. Our workshops are designed to be immersive, allowing participants to engage with their emotions in a safe and supportive setting. With the courses running in continuous rotation, you can start your healing journey at any 5-week entry point and continue exploring new themes.
